He holds multiple professional accreditations including Chartered Engineer (CEng), Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE), and Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT). With a background spanning both structural engineering and architectural design, Ty specialises in developing practical structural solutions for extensions, loft conversions, and complex refurbishment projects. His work focuses on combining engineering rigour with clear communication to support homeowners, designers, and contractors throughout the construction process.
